Our years of expertise and long term relationships with local vendors allows us to provide all your event planning options under one umbrella. Yay Yay’s prides itself on customer service and anticipating our guests needs at all times. When working with us your event becomes our event and we treat it as such.
Our History
One of Yay Yay’s driving forces is the love of Nashville and Southern Culture. Founded by Nashville native Charlotte Miller, our company’s love for the history of Music City is unmatched. Named after the real life Yay Yay, Charlotte’s maternal great grandmother, a colorful character who lived throughout the south during the Roaring 20’s. She was a lover of food, music, and life, inspiring generations of descendants in her family. It is the legacy that she left to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren that is the backbone of what Yay Yay’s offers to its clients. All of our events are curated in the spirit of her memory.
We are a one-stop-shop event planning company providing customers with all their event planning needs. We offer venues in the historic Germantown, Jefferson Street, and Buchanan neighborhoods. We also offer a full catered menu, access to music, lights, mobile bars, soft seating, conference set up, and theater seating. We make planning events easy and fun!

Our Cuisine
Not only do we provide access to some of the best venues Nashville has to offer, we also prepare some of the best cuisine you will find anywhere in the nation. Charlotte is an internationally renowned chef who has prepared meals for celebrities and dignitaries for over 15 years. Our menu is creole inspired with influences from France, Spain, and Africa. We also locally source our meats and vegetables from farms close to the Middle, TN region. It is our pleasure to curate a meal that will be one of the highlights of your event.
