Charlotte Miller

CEO

Charlotte Miller, chef and owner is a classically trained Fine Dining Chef. Having traveled and cooked around the world learning food cultures, she brings an authenticity and respect to her plates. A Nashville native, Miller came home to open her own place and honor the dignity of all parts of her community.

Charlotte has cooked for some of the biggest celebrities of our time: Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez, and Tom Petty. Likewise, her resume includes some of the best hotels in the world: Little Palm Island, Hawks Cay, and Hermitage Hotel – a Five Star, Five Diamond, and James Beard nominated property. Miller was also the special events and catering chef for Strategic Hospitality and its VIP clients; another James Beard nominated organization. 

Her love of people and bringing unexpected surprises to her customers, quickly turns guests to friends.

Jason Luntz

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jason Luntz is a new media strategist and the founder of UrVoyce, a small business that utilizes the creation of original content, multimedia projects, website design and social networks to help organizations build an online presence. Jason is also an adjunct professor in the communications department at Tennessee State University, where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship, public speaking, and news editing. For nearly two years, he served as the president of the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists. He is currently the Managing Editor of the Nashville Voice, an online newspaper published in Nashville, TN.

Jason has been actively immersed in social media since 2008 when he began his career writing online for various blogs. This lead him to attend Full Sail University to receive his Master of Arts in New Media Journalism; a program that focused on telling stories by using accessible digital devices. He soon realized that he could leverage his understanding of how to use online tools to tell stories, to help others grow their presence on the internet. This eventually grew into a career that allowed Jason to give small companies and non-profits the same online marketing opportunities as their larger counterparts.

Recognized in 2014 as one of Nashville’s Black 40 Under 40 and in 2017 as a Black Chamber of Commerce Rising Star, Jason has continued to focus his work on helping minority owned businesses and organizations. He is a highly sought-after speaker on social media and online branding topics and has presented in front of audiences throughout out Middle Tennessee.

Darien Bowers

Director of Technological Support and Maintenance

Darian, a Tennessee native, grew up singing in the choir, playing in the band, and drawing sketches, so he developed a keen ear for good quality music and an eye for beautiful artwork at an early age. 

Darian has been producing electronic music since 2003, and in 2016, he founded Dirt Rhodes Music. A music production team that specializes in creating original and sampled instrumental landscapes. The name Dirt Rhodes pays homage to their family farm in rural West Tennessee, where dirt roads are the only access onto to the property. While simultaneously giving nod to the dusty sounds of the classic Fender Rhodes keyboard. He has produced tracks for several artists around town and throughout the region, as well as providing music for local commercials, podcasts, and radio spots.

While serving as an influencer on the Nashville music scene, Mr. Bowers has since added to his audio visual ventures by becoming the owner of the Nashville franchise of Johnny B’s Party and Entertainment Company. Johnny B’s specializes in providing quality audio and video entertainment for weddings, corporate parties, festivals, concerts, and any other types of events. Darian maintains an active roster of reliable and experienced Disc Jockeys that can act as masters of ceremonies, and also provide lighting to accent any event space or dance floor. His objective is to create a unique audio visual experience unlike anything else, so his guests have the option of utilizing some state of the art electronics to add some flare to their event. Choose from a wide array of gadgets, including photo booths, cloud machines, customized gobo projections, and non-flammable sparklers. Darian thrives in the feeling of knowing that his guests are thoroughly enjoying the moment. He loves showing people a good time, which is what Yay Yay’s events is all about.
